Overview of GT-1 Cable tension meter:

TheGT-1 Cable tension meter is used to measure the aviation, automobile andtractor, construction and other industrial departments in tension (tension).The utility model has the advantages of simple structure and convenient operation,and can measure the tension of various specifications (diameter) cables.

Principle of GT-1 Cable tension meter:

The instrumentstructure, mainly in the steel plate as a force element and when the tensioningof cable card block as a fulcrum in the two end, the block as the point betweenthe cable tension push block the plate bending deformation, through a push rodmovable fan-shaped gear drive gear shaft pointer at the end of the degree ofplate rotation indicate the corresponding readings, spring pressure in the gearsector on the edge of the push rod is one-way movement in the casing, when thetension is removed from the cable, so that the pointer in reading, with aswitch rod lift spring can make the pointer back to zero.
