GT-1 Cabel tensiometer

Overview

GT-1 Cabel tensiometer are used to measure the tension (tightening force) of steel cables in industries such as aviation, automobiles, tractors, and construction. The meter is simple in structure and easy to use, and can measure the tension of steel cables of various specifications (diameters).

Working principle

GT-1 Cabel tensiometer, the structure of the instrument mainly uses steel plate as the force measuring element. When the tensioned steel cable is stuck on the two end stop blocks as the fulcrum, the clamp block is the force point, and the tension of the steel cable pushes the clamp block to make the steel plate bend and deform. The pointer at the end of the gear shaft of the pole-moving sector gear rotates on the index plate to indicate the corresponding reading.
