Brief Description

The WRN-640 explosion-proof thermocouple is atemperature sensor, widely applied in the chemical industrial automatic controlsystem. It transfers the object temperature to electrical signal, and sends itto display, record and adjusting instruments, to test, regulate and control thesystem.

Inchemical plant, the production field is often accompanied with variousinflammable, explosive chemical gas & steam, it’s not safe to use commonthermocouple which is easy to result in gas explosion. Therefore,explosion-proof and intrinsic safety type thermocouple is necessary. Ourexplosion-proof and intrinsic safety type thermocouple are used in thesedangerous occasions of which temperature group zone are dII BT4 ~ dII CT6, ibII BT4, ia ll BT4, ia ll CT6.

□Structure Principles:

 The structure and principle of the Exd orintrinsic thermocouple is the same as the fabricated thermocouple, which thedifference is that the design of explosion or intrinsic type junctionbox(shell) adopt special explosion proof structure, with high-strength aluminumcasted box, and have enough internal space, wall thickness and mechanicalstrength, thermal stability of the rubber sealing which conform to the nationalexplosion proof standards. So when the gas mixture inner the junction boxexplode, the internal pressure won’t damage the junction ox, and the heatgenerated by the explosion won’t spread outside.
