Overview

SZJ-4 SZJ-5 Standard speed generator is a small DC reversible speed regulation system controlled by intelligent digital and analog quantities.

As a third-class standard speed device, it adopts a single closed loop speed plus cut-off protection, and uses a microprocessor as a controller. Its volume, weight, cost and control accuracy are better than a double closed loop system controlled by pure analog. In addition to the use of DC chopper-type voltage regulation and speed regulation, the adjustment method of analog control is added to the relay switching direction to meet the needs of special users for meter calibration.

This device is divided into three parts: controller, driver and gearbox. It is mainly used to verify mechanical tachometer and speedometer below 0.5 level.
