Overview of LL-25F Roots Flow Meter

The LL-25F Roots Flow Meter is a volumetric flow measuring instrument, which is used to measure the volume flow of the fluid in the closed tube. The accumulated traffic is displayed in situ, and has long transmission output interface. It is equipped with the corresponding photoelectric pulse converter and flow integrator, and it can be remotely measured, displayed and controlled.

Characteristic of LL-25F Roots Flow Meter

1) The accuracy of measurement is high, the basic error is generally 0.2% to 0.5%, and the special requirement is up to 0.1%. The characteristics of flowmeter are generally not influenced by the flowstate, nor by the Reynolds number.

2) It can be used to measure the flow ofhigh viscosity liquid.

3) The measurement range is wide, and the typical flow range is from 5:1 to 10:1.

4) The word wheel counter accumulates the total amount of fluid, without external energy,   and is easy to use. The cumulative traffic of the counter  is double displayed,one of which can bereset to zero, which is convenient for users to use in the condition ofcontinuous measurement.

5) No contact between measuring components,no wear, long service life.

6) The large diameter flowmeter adopts theform of double rotor to reduce the noise and vibration of the flowmeter.
