Overview of LL-15 Roots FlowMeter

The LL-15 Roots Flow Meter is a volumetricflow measuring instrument, which is used to measure the volume flow of thefluid in the closed tube. The accumulated traffic is displayed in situ, and haslong transmission output interface. It is equipped with the correspondingphotoelectric pulse converter and flow integrator, and it can be remotelymeasured, displayed and controlled.

1) The accuracy of measurement is high, thebasic error is generally 0.2% to 0.5%, and the special requirement is up to0.1%. The characteristics of flowmeter are generally not influenced by the flowstate, nor by the Reynolds number.

2) It can be used to measure the flow ofhigh viscosity liquid.

3) The measurement range is wide, and thetypical flow range is from 5:1 to 10:1.

4) The word wheel counter accumulates thetotal amount of fluid, without external energy, and is easy to use. Thecumulative traffic of the counter is double displayed, one of which can bereset to zero, which is convenient for users to use in the condition ofcontinuous measurement.

5) No contact between measuring components,no wear, long service life.

6) The large diameter flowmeter adopts theform of double rotor to reduce the noise and vibration of the flowmeter.
