Overview
H47-21000 Pneumatic nuclear control valve is composed of two parts: actuator and 21000 series single seat valve. The actuator is a combination of a conventional spring film actuator and a force amplification system. It uses the principle of leverage to amplify the output force of the actuator by 2.6~5.2 times; The 21000 series single seat valve adopts a top-oriented structure to ensure stable operation of the valve core. The valve has good versatility and can be applied to the control of fluids such as boron-containing plasma in nuclear power plants.

1. Various spools, including quick-change spools, low-capacity spools, low-noise and anti-cavitation spools, are widely used.
2 Adopt top guide structure, large guide area and good stability.

5. The sealing surface of the valve core and valve seat can be surfacing welded with tungsten-chromium-cobalt cemented carbide to improve the service life of the regulating valve.
