The reducer has a manual / electric switching mechanism. When the switching handle is in the manual position, the handwheel drives the hollow output shaft to rotate through the clutch; During electric operation, the switching mechanism will automatically fall back to the electric position, the clutch and worm gear are engaged, and the three-phase motor drives the hollow output shaft to rotate.
The rotation of the output shaft of the actuator is transmitted to the Hall effect pulse sensor through the speed increasing mechanism, and the axial displacement generated by the axial force of the motor worm is transmitted to the mechanical torque control mechanism (switching mechanism) to realize the control of the valve position and torque.
The intelligent controller of the electric actuator receives the standard analog current control signal, switching control signal or bus signal, and positions the output shaft of the actuator at the position corresponding to the input signal; It can also be located at the preset position of the control system according to the interlocking control, two-wire control or emergency ESD event signal.
