Brief Description

The YPF-100A  diaphragm pressure gaugemeasures pressure or negative pressure gauge of various fluid medium which iscorrosive, not crystallized or not solidified.

Shock-resistant diaphragm pressure gaugenot only has performance of general diaphragm, but also medium pulse-resistant,impulse load-resistant and environment sock-resistant.

Corrosion-resistantdiaphragm pressure gauge is used to measure pressure of liquid and gas whichare corrosive, with large viscosity and no crystal.

Corrosion and shock resistant diaphragmpressure gauge has features of both corrosion-resistant and shock-resistantgauges.

Structure Principle

Gauge is made up of measurement system (including flangejoint, bellow diaphragm), driving indication mechanism (including connectionrod, gear driving mechanism, needle and scale) and housing (including case andcover).Housing is splash-proof structure, with excellent sealing performance toprotect inner components from dirt.

Gauge works based on elastic component (diaphragm onmeasuring system) deformation. Medium pressure makes diaphragm becomedeformed---displacement, driven by driving mechanism with help of connectionrod and then amplified, finally, needle on the gear will indicate the measuringvalue.

Temperature influence: when working temperature deviationis 20±5℃, the errorchange is not more than 0.6%/10℃.
