Overview of UQC-D45 Magnaticlevel gauge:

The UQC-D45Magnatic level gauge is developed according to magnetic level meter HG/T21584 -95 standard. The utility model can be used for measuring the liquid level invarious open or airtight containers, especially for the high pressure, hightemperature, high viscosity and strong corrosive medium. Because the testedmedium is completely isolated from the indicator, it has higher reliability,safety and practicability than the traditional plate and tube type liquid levelmeter. At the same time, when matched with other instruments, the upper andlower alarm of the liquid level and remote automatic control can be realized.Therefore, it is widely used in power, oil, chemical, environmental protection,shipbuilding, building, food and other industries in the production process ofliquid level measurement and control.

Principle of UQC-D45 Magnaticlevel gauge：

The magneticlevel meter is developed according to the principle of buoyancy and magneticcoupling. When measured in the container level lift, liquid level gauge leadingtube float with lifting, the permanent magnets in float through the relay tothe magnetic coupling indicator, drives a red and white turn column flip 180degrees, when the liquid level rises, turn column turned from white to red,when the liquid level drops, by turning column red to white, red and whitecircles indicator at the actual height of the medium level in the container, soas to achieve the level of instruction.
