The products of Fuqing nuclear power plant 5\and 6\unit project undertaken by Shanghai Automation Instrument Co., Ltd. were delivered to the site after passing the acceptance organized by CNNC, marking that the company has completed the supply of the first set of class 1E temperature sensors for serious accidents of "Hualong No. 1", and laid a foundation for the subsequent supply of temperature measuring instruments.

Fujian Fuqing nuclear power plant 5\6\\\unit is the first reactor demonstration project of China's independent third-generation nuclear power technology "Hualong 1". China Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd. is the EPC contractor of the project, and Shanghai Automation Instrument Co., Ltd. is responsible for the research and development of class 1E temperature sensor for serious accidents. The temperature sensor can be used for dome temperature measurement under severe accident conditions. The temperature sensor for severe accident is mainly used to meet the temperature measurement of pipeline fluid and dome under severe accident conditions, and is mainly responsible for reactor protection and post accident monitoring.
