Scope of application

Electric contact pressure gauges are widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, machinery and other industrial sectors or mechanical and electrical equipment to measure the pressure of various fluid media without explosion hazard. The instrument can be used with the corresponding electrical devices (such as relays and frequency converters, etc.) to achieve the purpose of automatic control and signal (alarm) for the pressure system to be measured and controlled.

Structural principle

The electrical contact pressure gauge is composed of a measuring system, an indication system, a magnetic contact device, a shell, an adjustment device and a junction box (plug base). The general electric contact pressure gauge is used to measure the positive and negative pressure of the gas and liquid medium that does not corrode the copper and copper alloy, and the stainless steel electric contact pressure gauge is used to measure thepositive and negative pressure of the gas and liquid medium that does not corrode the stainless steel and send a signal when the pressure reaches a predetermined value, turn onthe control circuit, and achieve the purpose of automatic control alarm.

The electric contact pressure gauge is based on the pressure of the spring tube in the measuring system under the pressure of the measured medium, forcing the end of the spring tube to produce the corresponding elastic deformation - displacement, with the help of the tie rod through the transmission of the gear transmission mechanism and amplification, by the indication on the fixed gear (together with the contact) to indicate the measured value on the dial one by one. At the same time, when it is in contact with the contact (upper or lower limit) on the set pointer (dynamic break or dynamic closing), the circuit in the control system can be disconnected or turned on, so as to achieve the purpose of automatic control and alarm transmission.

Frequently Asked Questions Handling

The signal occurs too early or too late for the contact pressure gauge: the contact is not inthe right position or the contact metal rod is loose. If the contact is not in the correct position, the contact is corrected perpendicular to the point where the signal is properly generated. If the contact metal rod is loose, it should be tried to be fastened, and if it is slighter, it is necessary to use a properly enlarged hairspring to increase the reaction moment of the hairspring, which also has an effect.

The electrical contact device does not generate a signal: the contact is too dirty and the contact is poor; Moisture in the insulation layer of the signal device; The circuit is not working, etc.; If the contacts are too dirty, use sandpaper to remove the dirt; The insulation layer is damp and dried with hot air; If the circuit is not working, the open circuit should be found and repaired.
